You can cancel at any time — no penalties, no fees. How you cancel depends on where you subscribed:
Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Mochi Zen → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all in-app purchases — we cannot cancel these on your behalf. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Open the app → Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Or use the contact form below and we'll cancel it within 24 hours.
After cancellation, your account data (food logs, journal, weight entries) is preserved on the free tier.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices and your premium features aren't showing:
- Open the app and go to Profile → Subscription
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Sign in with the same Apple ID or email you used to subscribe

First, try Restore Purchases in Profile → Subscription. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to subscribe.
If that doesn't work, use the contact form below with your account email, the date of the charge, and a screenshot of the receipt. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
App Store purchases (iOS): Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Mochi Zen charge, and select "Request a Refund."
Web subscriptions: Use the contact form below within 14 days of your charge and we'll review your request.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
If you signed up with Apple Sign-In, you don't have a Mochi Zen password — use the "Continue with Apple" button instead.
Email changes require manual verification to protect your account. Use the contact form below with the subject "Email Change Request" and include your new email address. We'll update it within 24 hours.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data (food logs, journal, weight history, session progress).
Alternatively, use the contact form below with the subject "Delete My Account" from your registered email. We'll confirm deletion within 48 hours.
Yes. Mochi Zen works on iPhone, iPad, Android, and any modern web browser. Sign in with the same account on all your devices and your progress — sessions, food logs, weight entries, and journal — syncs automatically. One subscription covers all your devices.
Sessions unlock progressively — each new session becomes available after you've listened to the current one for 7 consecutive days. This isn't gatekeeping; it's how RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) actually works.
The subconscious mind cements a new belief through repetition. Seven days of reinforcement is the minimum needed for each session's changes to become stable neural pathways before the next layer is introduced. You're not waiting for access — you're giving your mind the time it needs to actually change.
Missing a day resets your streak counter, but your sessions never expire and you never lose access. Pick up exactly where you left off. The subconscious doesn't need a perfect streak to change — consistency over time matters far more than perfection.
Yes — with a paid subscription, all unlocked sessions are available for unlimited replays. Many users find that repeated listening deepens the effect. The app tracks your session history so you can see your consistency over time.
Try these steps in order:
- Check that your device volume is up and not on silent
- Make sure you have an active internet connection (sessions stream from our servers)
- Close and reopen the app
- If using the web app, try Chrome or Safari
- Restart your device

The sessions guide you into a deeply relaxed state. Listen in a safe, comfortable place where you can close your eyes — before bed, during a lunch break, or first thing in the morning are ideal.
After scanning, you can tap any detected food item to edit its name, quantity, or serving size, remove incorrectly identified items, or add items the scanner missed using the food search.
Tips for better scans: Use good lighting, photograph from directly above, and make sure all food items are visible. Avoid dark containers or heavy shadows.
Go to Profile → Macros Calculator and re-run the calculator with your updated stats. Your new targets apply to your food log going forward. We recommend recalculating every 4–6 weeks or whenever your weight changes by 10+ lbs.
Yes. In the food search, scroll to the bottom and tap "Create Custom Food." Enter the name and nutrition info and it's saved to your personal food library for future use.
Saved meals let you store a combination of foods as a named template. Log a meal, then tap "Save as Meal" to name it. Next time, find it in your Saved Meals list and add the whole thing to your log with one tap — no re-entering individual foods.
- Force-close the app and reopen it
- Check for an app update in the App Store
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is saved to your account — sign back in to restore it)

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices. Data syncs automatically when you have an internet connection. If you're seeing stale data, try pulling down to refresh on the main screen, or sign out and sign back in.

Mochi Zen collects the information you provide (email, name, profile data), usage data (sessions listened, food logs, weight entries, journal entries), and standard analytics (device type, app version). We do not sell your data to third parties.
